Terms and Conditions

Please keep in mind that these are all individually hand-crafted items, inconsistencies and imperfections are present and add to the charm of an artisan crafted jewelry item.



I accept credit card as payment using Square.

Orders and Custom orders will be shipped once completed and payment has been received.

Payment through PayPal is required within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled and the item(s) re-listed.

SD residents will be charged 6% sales tax.



Based on availability items will ship within 3-7 business days. Custom orders require 2-3 weeks processing time. If you need to rush an order, please contact me at sarah@mamapeacockhandmade.com

Shipping is done via USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted. Packages are shipped to the address listed on the PAYPAL ACCOUNT. If you need the package shipped to another address, please leave a note to seller when you check out.
Included in shipping is standard insurance and tracking number.


Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send me an email message and we can work it out from there- I am committed to great customer service and satisfaction.

For Hygienic reasons, I WILL NOT accept refunds on earrings.

You may return an item within 10 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item it must be unworn and mailed back to me (at your expense). Once I have received the item back in perfect condition, I will refund you the cost of the pieces (not shipping).

If a piece is broken when it arrived (that can happen in the mail sometimes) you may send it back to me for repair and I will ship it back to you at my expense.

Pieces that are broken after wearing cannot be returned! Keep in mind that my jewelry is HANDMADE with open link chain and jump rings... All of which can break if not treated carefully! Once a piece has been worn, it cannot be returned. However, under reasonable use and wear I may be able to repair the item for you.
